Are North American Indians from Asia or Europe?

They are trying to claim they were here first. It negates their original ownership claim. I heard they have ancestors closer to Ainu people of Japan which are primarily Asian. it is all pointless. We are all the same people. The evidence for the European influence isn't that well established, I don't think.
