My husband bleeds allot through his rectum. Soaks through his levis. He says its only his hemorrhoids.?

He is a very heavy drinker. High blood pressure. Has not seen a doct in 8 years. I can not get him to the doct. He says he would sell the house before he stops drinking, I have been a stay at home mom for 22 years. WE have a 12 year old son. He is my 2 husband we are almost married for 10 years.. Afraid to leave and afraid to stay. Tired of being lonely. WE have not been together ually for 6 years. He has no desire. Its from being a alcoholic.. But im not sure if I can make it on my own. Im unable to have a full time job. Spine disease.. I have a part time job. What are my rights....
