Have not gotten W2 from employer and leaving the country?

I have not gotten my W2 from when I worked for Pilgrims Pride Poultry in 2007 yet (I know they HAVE to be mailed out today) but the problem is I am leaving the Country in 3 weeks and I need to have that form so I can file my taxes before I go. I called the company to get a second one sent to my new address (a friend is at the old address and will forward it to me once it gets there) and they said I would have to drive to the factory I worked at and fill out a Change of Address Form (a 5 min job tops) but that factory is HOURS of driving away and I don't have time for that. What can I do?
