Why is the Queen's Birthday celebrated at different times in the year in different Commonwealth countries?

The Queens birthday is celebrated at the same time in all the commonwealth countries - the confusion may be due to the fact that she has 2 'birthdays' - theres the celebration of the day she was born - which is in April, and her 'offical' birthday, which is in June and acutally celebrates the anniversary of her coranation as queen.
