Emotional reactions do NOT coincide with menstrual phase?

Note it was written by a man and a psychologist. Not that there's anything wrong with being either of those. I strongly believe he is wrong, there may be some women out there who get bitchy during their menstrual cycle because society tells them they should (there's always an exception to the norm) but for most of us myself included it has nothing to do with what society tells us to be or do.
