In NY what is the required amount of time a landlord has to give a business to vacate?

Landlord chose not to renew lease because another tenant in building wanted additional space and willing to pay double the rent. When went to pay rent was given notice. I swore a business is supposed to be given 60 days but can't find anything saying exact amount of time. Only have been given 30 days. Please help. Thanks.
