Recently Ive been so addicted to drinking pop- how can i reduce cravin of drinkin pop?

I switched to iced tea. It helped because I still got a small amount of caffeine, and I was able to start sweet and gradually reduce the sugar content. Plus you will find when you brew your own it is a lot cheaper. My favorite iced is green tea, but if I'm making a gallon or more I sometimes will take one bag of Constant Comment by Bigelow mixed with a few bags of Lipton. I like mine pretty strong. Yummy. Make sure you measure how much sugar you use and try gradually reducing the amount. If you are making a batch at a time, try mixing in the sugar while it is still hot, then you can just stick it in the fridge and pour it out ready to go. It may seem like a lot of work the first few times but once you get your rhythm down, you will find it is no big deal to add it to your daily routine. Good luck!
