Why hasn't my rosemary grown at all?

i planted this rosemary about a month and a half ago and i hasn't grown at all since i cut it last (it grew allot for the first few weeks). is this a Sign of plant death and i should get it away from the other plants, or is it that the other plants are causing problems (i have basil and oregano in the same large pot and they are both doing better than the rosemary)? i am new to herb gardens and have no idea what i am doing, help is greatly appreciated in this matter.
