Dog keeps scooting her on the floor?

Could be worms. More than likely she needs her glands expressed. Scooting her rear on the floor is the number 1 sign of that. Take her to the Vet and get it done. It's messy and smelly but you can be taught to do it yourself...just ask to be shown while at the Vet.
