Xbox 360, PS3, or PSP?

The PS3 has a lot of games I love. For example: Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, Soul Calibur IV, etc.) But, the price is a bit out there. My cousin has the Xbox 360 and says it's okay, but the graphics aren't even close to the PS3. And the PSP is just plain cool. And I really want to play Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters. Yipee!
