Can i worm my mothering cat?

My bengal cat Tinkerbell has given birth to a litter of 4 kittens 2 weeks ago and we suspect that she has worms as she is constantly looking for food and is very skinny on the back end. Can i worm her whilst she is still feeding her kittens? We dont want to harm the kittens as they are so young.
