Will pulling an all nighter get me sick?

Well, i forgot about my homework, and im doing it right now, but theirs no way im gonna finish before 1 in the morning, usually, i wake up at 6, so theirs no way for me to finish it without school sucking tommorow. so, will pulling an all nighter get me sick enough to stay home from school? I didn't sleepover at anyones house this week, so im used to sleeping at 12 right now. So if i stay up all night, will i get sick or have a bad hangover feeling and will not be able to go to school?
