Today I used a L'oreal hair colour removing kit to erase the colour from my hair and it's gone wrong, help?!?!?

neither! the blonde color won't do anything and the lightener will destroy it after using a color remover on it. i would recommend going back to your previous color until you can go to a professional who knows what they're doing. red is one of the hardest colors to pull out of hair and if you are really wanting to go blonde it will take even a stylist several steps to get to an ash blonde. ash is a cool tone the opposite of red which is a warm tone. so i'm saying, either go to a stylist or reconsider your decision to go blonde.
