Should we consider a similar program for the victim's children of our attempted genocide and continued racism?

world was never perfect place to live in,and it never gonna be perfect.but people should learn from mistakes made in the past,and to try very hard not to repeat them.traumatized children will carry their trauma as long as they live,nobody can heal them.we can only prevent things,being responsible ,and not helping in genocide and war crimes.i live in area known for recent wars(Kosovo,part of ex Yugoslavia),and i saw so many traumatized people,mostly children who saw killings of their parents.i saw those killings too,and i don't know am i traumatized,but i just know that i hate Serbians so much for killing innocent and unarmed civilians.
